The amenities in the double room on the higher floors were great - they had an electric kettle, central heating, and an ironing set. the hotel's central location was awesome, with everything being close by, including attractions like the Trafalgar Square art museum just 3 km away.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and it's price is very fair for London. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The hotel claims to offer wifi throughout the hotel, but it was only available in the lower rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. The main reason we chose it over other hotels was the free internet, so needless to say we were disappointed that this hotel did not provide what it promised.

Loved the place, had a very good stay for a short visit. We stayed in a double room complete with shower, good bedding, and a fantastic view of London Eye. - the room was reasonably priced.

Both at the reception and in the breakfast room, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean rooms and although basic was suitable for the job!

The location was unbeatable, only a minute's walk from a railway station. Victoria was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. - I had a newly decorated room with a very clean bed and free WiFi, coffee, and a TV. - the breakfast was hearty and wonderful, well presented, and with plenty of options.

actually everything was spotless, my next choice again in london. the rooms were warm as for me, with a double bed. the staff were amazing, the breakfast i had was satisfactory with the hot chocolate.
